Does this make the aircrete brittle?

??? this what you make aircrete out of.

Would using a dense foaming car shampoo also work for an aircrete application?

Some people have used shampoos or dishwashing liquids. The ingredient that produces the foam is sodium laural sulfate. If you want good aircrete, Drexel. It sounds expensive, but you only need 1/4 cup per 80 lb bag of concrete mix. In the end, Drexel costs less and produces an excellent aircrete.

What are the ingredients? can you provide an msds?

It's soap. More specifically, detergent. Beyond that I am sure it is proprietary.
