My chinchilla was very excited for these but to her dismay I could not get them installed properly because the wing nut was not the correct size. Bottom line the wood seems good and I am sure if you have assorted wing nuts or washers laying around you will be happy. Otherwise save yourself the hassle.

Love the product except couldn’t use them as perches as the hardware didn’t match so I just laid them on the ground of the cage floor.

These look great in his cage and he loves them! They were super easy to install and have not had any issues with them at all. He has used them a lot! Always difficult to find new and interesting toys for him, and these have worked out great!

The perches are easy to install. Chinchillas love to jump around and to chew. They crave novelty and toys. Mine loves and more importantly uses these perches. The wood used is safe for chinchillas. Pricing is affordable. I would definitely order more as current ledges and perches age out due to chewing.

At first when I got these, I was disappointed in the length of them, but I thought I’d place them anyway. It turns out, my parrots love them and are not chewing them I placed them in front of my feeding bowls. They are perfect for that.

Sturdier than I'd expected and the chin loves them. I've had them a few months now and the screws don't come loose, she hasn't chewed through them yet, and they're great.

Much larger than expected. Meant for a much bigger bird i think. My Quaker still loves them
