This flexible sunpower panel anyone have it more than 1 year and still working? is there any degradation on power?

Check out the RVwithTito YouTube channel. He has several SunPower E-flex panels and back in April 2020 in his one year update video the panels look brand new. Almost time for his 2 year update video!

Trying to figure out which victron controller would suit 4 of these 110W panels, anyone know?

If you have a 12V nominal battery bank you could pair 4x110W panels (in series or parallel) with the Victron MPPT SmartSolar 100/50. You could see up to around 38A on the output from the controller in colder temperatures when the panels perform better.

Do you think this could be mounted on a cargo box - and withstand road speeds?

I know of one customer that added 2x110W SunPower E-flex panels to their Thule cargo box and they haven't called us to say they blew off! Not sure what they used but 3M does a VHB tape (Very High Bond) or Eternabond tape is popular with RVers. There's a variety of install options.

Why do i have to buy a 8$ tool to disconnect. Little upsetting they dont put it in the box when order the panel

You can use a couple of small screwdrivers, but tbe tool makes it muck easier. I connected the panel and leave it connected, so I don't worry about if I have the tool.
