This is the book that every person should read to better understand the life they are currently living. Each page, no, each sentence is a new well worded explaination of the human experience. We walk around all day in these bodies and with these thoughts and we don’t really know much about either of them. This book teaches you about your roots and where we all care from. It talks about ancient wisdoms and traditions and science/technology and the marriage of the two things. I am a very systems based person and I keep looking got the hole or the flaw in Source Code Meditation and I have not found it yet. You don’t realize how long you have searched for something until it’s in front of you. Understanding, the physical structures of the brain and why they opporate the way they do and how that affects our daily decision making and stress patterns is some of the most valuable information anyone could ever receive in life. This book explains how to connect with your deeper self, your source self, and it makes complete sense. You will have more aha moments than you can handle and if you have trouble understanding any of it, read it again! Do yourself this favor and trust your gut that is telling you to buy this book. It isn’t life changing its life making. Yes, all of this from a book.

I have seen true miracles with clients literally "popping out" of addiction, bad habits, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and even suicidal thoughts.Although very engaging and readable, some of the content is deep and dense with information. Re-reading it can produce even greater benefits. I implore you to check this out and share it with your colleagues.I am a published psychologist, emeritus clinical social worker, executive coach and trainer. I know a breakthrough when I see one.

Even though I just bought the book today, and read it rapidly, I have to say that this book is very good as explaining Consciousness from a historic perspective and science perspective. He also explain the different stages of developments very well.

I took training with Dr Cotton in 2014 for Higher Brain Living. Cost me over 20,000 for mastery. (Shame on me) I truly felt I stumbled upon something great, but atlas it wasn’t. I never recouped the money spent. I got this book out of curiosity and what I find amazing is he doesn’t promote readers to find a HBL Facilitator to experience the session. Doing this on yourself will take a lot of practice, if you able to do it at all. All these 5 stars reviews are his “tribe”members and not the average person reading this book. The work has helped some but it doesn’t work for all. Sadly most who trained to be facilitators fall away because the work is unsustainable and to stay connected to the tribe costs 2,000. A high price to pay when clients fall away.

I love this book so informative

It’s an interesting read at the beginning but it’s probably meant for those “Holy Grail Seekers”..good luck in your search.
