I wanted a bag like Kyra Sedgwick's character in The Closer, where I could shove any number of things inside of it and have room for a few snacks. This fits the bill in my color preference! It can hold my laptop, file folders, or a pair of jeans easily.It is durable. I'm not easy on this bag. It gets tossed around a lot. I don't really care if the appearance holds up, but it is holding up beautifully.I'm not really a purse person, so the few things I do keep in it are easily organized due to the various compartment areas.The blue is beautiful; a true dark navy. I don't use the long strap, but the two fixed handles are sturdy and comfortable over my shhoulder.

I am delighted with this purse; it’s well made, classy looking, real leather, and the straps are leather as well which is holding up really well so far. There are great little additional details to this purse; the nicest of which is the metal posts on the bottom that keep the bag from scraping on surfaces. Love this and expect to be using it for a long time. Holds all my stuff perfectly…not too big and not too small. Perfect! Finally!!!!

On a scale of 1-10 i’d give softness a 7.5.2. Zipper is sturdy and the bottom has 4 metal purse floor protectors. Makers do not skimp on their quality because they are on the bottom🙂3. Plenty of room for everything you’d need or desire if you use a carry-on when flying. You can cheat and have it count as your regular purse, while they remain clueless it’s a magic purse than can hold limitless items😉. You'd still have your free carry-on item available , if you have anything left to put in it.3. Would work as an overnight bag for your makeup, hair tools, a pair of undies and a bra, and the things you’d bring to a boyfriends house. Or your parents-4. Sturdy enough to protect delicate items like an iPad, your phone , that banana or peach for a snack...IN CONCLUSION:The crossbody/tote is a definite bargain. The ample size , lovely real leather smell, and softness contribute to its wide appeal. 😉 It’s versatility make it a great choice if you regularly stay overnight with someone special, fly a lot, or just have a lot of stuff.

I probably carry more in my purse than in my overnight case. Just kidding but it often looks and fees that way. Given my need to carry enough in my purce to prepare for the apocolypse I tend to gravitate to large totes.Pros: This tote is BEATIFUL. The material is waxed pebble leather and the color is rich. Inside you'll find a nice assortments of pockets; zippered and non-zippered. I have always had a love/hate relationship with center zippered pockets - I like having the big secure pocket but I hate how it impacts the usability of the rest of the inside. The big pocket on this side is off-center and so makes at least one side of the pocket for accessible and easy to see. I also have a love/hate relationship with purse liners. Dark liners make it hard to see inside the purse (why won't someone invent a truck light for purses?) while light liners show dirt and wear more easily. This liner is close to the deepest color of the leather and it neither light nor dark. So far I'm liking it.Cons (you know it had to have some): The purse is heavy. While I expected a leather purse to be heavy and I did look at the weight before I bought it, it was heavier than I expected. If you think about buying the purse, try walking around with something of equal weight or more using one hand or on your shoulder. I found the handles to be a little short given the style and weight of the purse. I like the option of carrying the bag on my shoulder. I moved the straps to the next hole but I'm still not happy. Luckily there is enough strap to add one or two more holes to allow you to increase the drop. The crossbody strap is a disappointment. The strap is way too narrow, and the clasps too insubstantial, to comfortablely or securely support the weight of the purse (empty or filled). Also, even though you can shorten the cross-body strap you can't move the loop enough to keep the loose end secure and so it flaps around.Bottom line - I really like the purse. It is gorgeous and gets lots of remarks. Overall it is well made (it lost points for the crossbody strap) and it has very usefully designed pockets. I can fix the handle drop issue and since I'm not a big crossbody person, I am not inconvenienced by the flaws with that.
