Tolerant Foods, Pasta Rotini Red Lentil Organic, 12 Ounce

While I really like their black bean pasta, I had to choke this down. Wound up mixing (in 1 to 10 ratio) this pasta with their black bean pasta in order to keep from throwing it away. Perhaps a bad batch, but I don't know. Cannot recommend (while I can recommend the black bean pasta).

It tastes a bit like lentils and I like that a lot. Great with a pumpkin cream sauce and/or tempeh and veggies. I like that it has a unique flavor and texture. I don't need to eat gluten free - just looking for some higher protein options.

Was quite gummy. Discarded most of the package.We eat no wheat based pasta, and frequently eat edamame, soybean based, pasta which we would rate five stars.

Great noodles! Unlike some non-wheat noodles these cook up nicely and go well with chicken soup. Not so hot with spaghetti though.. And then there's the steep price. These will be saved as a luxury item!

Great flavor but the consistency is not the best after it is cooked. Tends to get a little mushy.
