No love they are great to use in full shoes or trainers best I’ve used

I am size uk 11 but description is only up to uk10??

10's will be fine , however , keep 1 pair of heel cups to 1 pair of shoes to preserve the adhesive.

Are they ok for a ladies uk size 3 shoe? and if so must i order red or blue to fit?
