Very sturdy and aesthetic. Packaging was good. Mainly it fit my Cera wall hang commode. Comfort is good. I fit it by myself, no need of any plumber.

Excellent product from Kohler. Very strong material and good quality material.

Below plastic which you connect the screw broke in an year, when called Kohler customer care, they said warranty is there but not covered for such damage, warranty is only covered for color fading and manufacturing defects, its a waste to shell so much rather replace it each year with cheaper ones and can buy 3 seats with the cost I pay for Kohler which we get one seat, not worth it.

Noiseless working

Product is exactly as described in specs and is very robust quality. It comes with a brief installation sheet that makes is very helpful to install. Works as described - closes slowly without sound.

Very nice product. Looks good. Bought it to replace the old seat which had turned yellow. The seat from Kohler immediately added a sparkle to the bathroom. Installation was easy as it was well explained in the instruction pamphlet. There was a slight problem in adjustment as the hinge insert was not fitting into the holes on the seat. But a small workaround took care of that. Maybe Kohler can look into this and make them adjustable. The seat itself works like a charm. closes automatically and softly. No more falling down with a thud. Just seems that the quality of hinges which seems completely made of plastic may not last. Again something to look into.
