One was missing a charm could not be replaced had to reorder

I ordered one it came missing the tree charm. in order to get the free shipping again, I had to order two, along with a mug I ordered for my father. To get the order over $25 for free shipping bu amazon. the price on the bracelet also went up by close to $2 the second time I had to order them, which is annoying. The first one was defective, they should have replaced it for free with the same product for what I paid. I just ended up giving one to a different aunt, in addition to the original Aunt that it was for. Both arrived on Christmas Eve which was good they were Christmas gifts. I'm returning the one that's missing a charm I wish they could have replaced it rather than making me order over $25 again to get the free shipping. Kind of goofy, but oh well both aunts like it. Cute, a little overpriced for what it is but a nice Christmas present they're both enjoying it.
