SuperFOIL Foil Insulation Roll - Energy Saving DIY Bubble Foil Sheet - 3-in-1 Sustainable Thermal Insulation (Silver, 0.6m x 10m)

I bought this to put in the windows of my Ford Focus 5-door while I was sleeping in the back, and for a basic solution it worked well. As long as you cut it properly to fit, it stays in the window just fine. It’s fairly thick, so it has a good bit of rigidity to it rather than feeling too flimsy or useless. Nothing fancy, but for a cheap option it does the job well and is a decent choice if you just want a simple bit of privacy without spending much.

I bought this to insulate my new shed and it’s been very easy to work with. Installation is simple and all you really need is a stapler and a pair of scissors. It cuts cleanly, staples easily and goes up quickly without any hassle. The material seems decent quality and well made. It’s too early to fully judge the long-term thermal efficiency, but so far it’s doing exactly what I expected. For the price, the value for money is excellent and it’s a very affordable option for anyone looking to add insulation to a shed or small space. Overall, a practical and budget-friendly solution for DIY insulation jobs.

Insulated my Attic space with this product. Its definitely less drafty and warmer in my hall way as a result...

I recently decided to tackle the perennial issue of chilly rooms by investing in SuperFOIL Foil Insulation and placing it strategically behind all the radiators on my external walls. The results have been nothing short of remarkable, earning this product a solid five-star rating in my book. The installation process was straightforward, thanks to the user-friendly instructions provided by SuperFOIL. The insulation is lightweight and flexible, making it easy to cut and shape according to the dimensions of each radiator. I appreciated the versatility that allowed me to customize the insulation to fit even the trickiest spaces. The real test, of course, came with monitoring the impact on room temperatures. I was pleasantly surprised to observe a consistent increase of 1.5 to 2 degrees Celsius across all the rooms where I applied SuperFOIL Foil Insulation. This improvement was particularly noticeable in areas previously prone to drafts and cold spots. What sets SuperFOIL apart is its reflective foil technology, which effectively redirects heat back into the room. The insulation acts as a barrier against heat loss, creating a thermal shield that maximizes the efficiency of the radiators. As a result, my heating system has become more effective, requiring less energy to maintain a comfortable temperature. Beyond its impressive thermal performance, I appreciate the durability of SuperFOIL Foil Insulation. It doesn't degrade over time, ensuring a long-lasting solution for improving energy efficiency. Additionally, its slim profile means it doesn't compromise the aesthetic appeal of the room. In conclusion, SuperFOIL Foil Insulation has exceeded my expectations, providing a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution to combat cold spots in my home. The noticeable increase in room temperatures and the ease of installation make it a standout product in the realm of insulation. If you're looking to enhance the warmth and comfort of your living spaces, SuperFOIL Foil Insulation is a reliable choice that delivers tangible results.

I covered my loft floor with the foil above my flat and I think my flat does not get as badly hot as before when temperature outside goes above 25C. Still hot when it's +30C outside.

Expensive, I thought, as I compared what was recommended for our brand new 14' by 10' shed and other brands, but having spent a small fortune on having my husband's hideaway installed and wired up I needed something that did as it said. Insulate to keep warm in winter and cooler in summer. I took the plunge and it arrived much faster than predicted, which pleased hubby as he was itching to try out his new heavy duty staple gun! A couple of days later he proudly led me down the garden path to show off his handiwork and I must say it was worth every penny. Every inside panel and beam is shining silver and it did feel a couple of degrees cooler when I stepped inside the shed. Unlike my memories of being in my dad's shed when a child, feeling stifled and suffocated by the trapped heat. The winter will test its heat insulating property but I feel confident it will live up to my expectations.

I'm happy with the purchase. It's good quality and consistent so far! Cuts easily and is tough. Seems to provide good insulation properties. This was used for lining the underfloor of a static caravan, originally we were going to run it the length of the static caravan but the width of the joists weren't equal, so found it easier going width ways. Took longer to cut between each joists but it does make a big improvement to the retention of heat and prevention of cold ingress when used with foil tape to seal the edges.

Does what it says, easy to use but could be a little thicker but overall pleased with the results.

Super Folie, hält was sie verbricht

I used behind the radiator too distribute the heat into the room, worked great for that.
