Can anyone tell me what the diameter of the ridge on the underneath side of the lid (outside edge to outside edge) is? Thank you.

Ok, 1 person says 10 1/4" & another person says 9 x/x". My pan inside diameter is 10 1/16", so I need a 10" diameter outside to outside edge of lip.

It fits my 10 3/8" saucepan very well. I just measured the diameter of the lid outside to outside edge is 10 1/8" which is larger than the inside diameter 10 1/16" of you pan; therefore, this lid will not fit your pan at all.

I wonder if this would fit my 12" lodge cast iron skillet? Anyone know?

I think it will. I ordered this because I have a large fry pan and none of my lids was large enough. I needed a 12 inch lid and all mine were only 10 inches. I searched on Amazon and found this one. It works great!

Well, the edges of the pan I have this lid for measure 12 inches in diameter. As the edges curve in, the bottom of the pan (inside) is 10 inches in diameter. If the top edges of your cast iron skillet is 12 inches, this may work. I think it likely would work, as the lids are usually made to be just slightly narrower than the pan edge.
