Would it be suitable to strengthen material to make a fabric pelmet?

Its possible but depends on how stiff you want the pelmet to be...or use Buckram.

Is this suitable for machine embroidery?

I was unable to get my machine to sew it. It has a rubbery sort of back so the needle sticks. Had to hand sew it.

is it suitable for roller blinds

I don't think so - it is interfacing to use in dress making etc. I am not an expert but I don't think it would be useful.

Not enough glue on it to hold on to fabric and is too thick & stiff therefore creases easily and hard to iron creased areas. I wouldn't think it would stay on fabric when washed unless it's enclosed and sewn in. I didn't find it suitable for dressmaking.
