Is this for the dark grey high gloss alloy rims behind the aero wheel covers? Or is it for the plastic aero covers?

For the aluminum wheel rims, not the plastic.

What comes with this kit?

Just a small bottle of paint with an applicator brush attached to the cap like nail polish.

Is this for the 2021 and newer Aero wheels?

I used it on my 2022 Aero wheels and it worked pretty good.
