Atlas Cable 4- Device, Universal Remote Control

I am satisfied despite some problems. The plastic bag was not sealed and there was only one AA battery in the envelope. One battery got lost or stolen. I believe the remote is new, but got repackaged. That's annoying. Also the "Programming ID Lock" procedure on page 14 was essential for unlocking the cable box code and changing it to operate my Motorola box. It took me an hour to figure that out.

Got it tuned to our TV set relatively quickly, and we've been using it since with no major difficulties. The volume control is not as effective as the original control, which we still have (the one which runs the TV independent of the cable connection). no big deal, beyond needing two controllers.

Great remote. Even works well with my TWC box.

It's a remote, not exciting but very usable.
