First thing I noticed was a paper saying please don’t write a bad review without contacting them first. Huge warning sign that you’re about to have a problem. Sure enough one of the knobs has no threads and one is missing. Junk product for the price. Might be ok at 5 bucks.

It was not at all as advertised. I was so disappointed that I never even used it.

Received this gadget for Christmas. Upon assembly, I found the very last top tightening nut to be over-boared, with its hole too large to grab the screw threads. I emailed Syitcun to ask for a replacement nut. The very next morning before 7 AM, I had a reply that included an apology and a date that I could expect a replacement. Received it a few days later. You can't ask for more than that. I am using it to accurately mark holes for outlets and pipes on Sheetrock. Waaaaay faster (and absolutely accurate) than measuring and marking, measuring and marking... Very happy with customer service and with this gift!
