Gooey mass! NO to DENALI.
I read bad reviews of this product but was compelled to buy it as I required white compound chocolate for same day delivery and MORDE was not available. The product (like most other reviewers) have mentioned is very bad for baking. It DOES NOT melt into a smooth texture by double boiler method unlike MORDE which melts hassle free and smoothly. Instead this becomes gooey which makes it unusable. Moreover it tasted like butter when partially melted. Unpalatable! Will never buy it again. NO to DENALI๐ YES to MORDE๐
