The Absolute Best I've Found
The absolute best I've found, and I have tried them all. A snug fit without being too tight prevent leakage better than any other, the brand does not feel thick and massive, and it holds and impressive amount of fluid. The other brands have been relegated to the back of the linen closet, and I've put this one on subscription. Love it.

they are comfortable
These stay up, they are very stretchy and easy to put on and remove. No compaiants from patient about discomfort, a good help when you need a disposable

It sucks to have to wear these but they work.
I’ve been using Tena Incontinence Underwear for Men for a while, and overall, they get the job done, but there are some areas where I think they could be better. The absorbency is decent, providing a good level of protection for light to moderate leaks. They fit snugly and are fairly comfortable to wear throughout the day without feeling too bulky. One thing I do appreciate is the discreet design. They don’t show much under clothes, which is a big plus when I’m out and about. However, the waistband could be a bit more comfortable. After extended wear, it tends to dig in a little, which can be bothersome during longer periods of activity. While the protection is solid for daytime use, I’ve found that they don’t hold up as well overnight or in situations where a higher level of absorbency is needed. In those cases, I need to be more cautious or use additional protection. In summary, Tena Incontinence Underwear for Men is a decent option for everyday use, especially for light to moderate needs, but there are some comfort issues.

Delightfully surprised
I will start off by saying this: leaks happen, they always will, but it’s the frequency that matters. You’re looking at an interface between a bunch of open holes surrounded by an absorbent layer. That being said, I love the fit of these—out of the box they fit comfortably, but snugly for the size. This makes leaks less likely. I have been wearing them as overnight underwear while I work through my little drinking problem and I haven’t had a problem with leaks yet. If you’re wearing them as overnight underwear, you’ll have more luck if you’re a back or stomach sleeper, and you’re only good for one or one and a half void moments before you’ll get leaks. If you’re using these as daywear, you’re more likely to leak while sitting or even sitting after a void. Looks-wise, I love the look, and the pull-up style is convenient as a good to go style underwear…the only downside is of course if you have to change while out and about—removal is a piece of cake, but putting on the next pair requires a Pooh Bear moment, which may be awkward if the stall isn’t very private. All told, for what I use them for I love these!

Run large
These are well made and absorbent but very very large. My husband is big but these are very baggy to the point that moisture escapes.

Absorbent and appear comfortable
My father has Dementia and gradually became completely incontinent. Days that he refused to left someone help change him and when he slept from 6pm to 8am they diaper couldn't hold all his urine. I've been buying these for a little over a year, now. It took me too much time reading reviews before finding these. It was a lil weird "researching" diapers for my dad so once I found these I was relieved. I will not change brands. Hospice care bought different ones and they were terrible. We only use them when we are in dire need. For evening, my dad wear these diaper and then cover it. The combo works great to prevent links or overflow.

The product description of size is incorrect on the package very misleading.
Do not buy this because it does not fit on my waist. The package says for size 34 to 50 inches and I am 36 inches the underwear would slide down while walking. It is very misleading so be aware of it.

Good, but crazy pricing for S/M packs
My dad needs these. They are comfortable for him, and they feel more like regular underwear than others he has tried. He used to wear L/XL, and the pricing was consistently around $45 - $50 for 56. He has lost weight due to his illness, and he now needs S/M. The price is often double if not nearly triple what the L/XL price was. If you sign up for Subscribe & Save, you never know if you will pay $47 or $100+ for the pack of 64. So, we avoid that, watch the prices, and are looking for a source with more consistent pricing. Amazon, please look into this.

Product works well and is easy to use. I could see leakage being a possible issue about where slash pockets would be on pants, but I think you'd need great volume and lying on your side before that happened. The "tear away" feature requires a bit of effort, so no worries you'd do it by accident. I've now signed on the subscription plan in case my issues continue. The expression "tie a knot in it" is no longer as funny as it once was,
