Trying to get this here body right

I am on a lifestyle change. I am looking to shed a little weight before my 40th birthday in March. I am doing good and theses are helping. I usually snack on chips, ice-cream, donuts now I eat a ton of fruits and these. they taste great and are good for keeping me full in between meals. I love them and i believe you will to.
