I really think this is an amazing value for the money. I lack the MTHFR gene so I need to supplement the nonmethylated versions of vitamins for proper absorption. I could feel the difference within a week of starting to take them. The pills are easy to take, they are super small and don't have a taste or odor to them and I don't have any weird side effects from them.
