Power PROPower Pro Super Slick 300Yd Timber Brown

Love this braid

Great line. Good experience with the seller.

This braided fishing line offers incredible strength for its thin diameter, making it ideal for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. It’s super smooth, allowing for long, accurate casts, and its low stretch ensures you can feel even the slightest bites. It spools onto the reel with ease, rarely tangles, and holds up well over time. The high-visibility color makes it easy to track, though some might prefer a more subtle shade for clearer waters. If you need a reliable, long-lasting fishing line, this one is definitely worth trying!

Fits perfectly on Shimano dc reel. Make for a perfect color match up and high visibility when casting out in the Lilly pads. The line durability allows for proper snaps when reeling in fish and good abrasive resistance

Great product / Slow delivery

I’ve tried many brands but I feel the name brands (Ppro, Suffix, Berkeley) seem to have a more consistent braiding across its entire length. The super slick coating wears longer so color fade is less. The super slick8 is definitely less noisy than regular power pro and the snap strength I’ve experienced is slightly higher in real use. If I snag bottom fishing with same leader strength I can usually break off leader or weight to keep swivel intact to swap out a rig fast. The popular off brand braids I find weaker and feel thickness anomolies especially with the lighter braids. I normally use 15/20/30# but with this larger bait caster I went to 40# and it filled the spool exactly at 300yds. Decided to go heavier as thicker braid tends to not dig into the spool as much if you birds nest a cast a tad bit…easier to untangle if it does not dig in deep.

This is a new color of Power Pro braid. I love that you can see the line when fishing to detect the slightest bite(s). This SuperSlick line casts like a dream and is super sensitive to bites. I use this SuperSlick line for Dropshot fishing for bass. I can cast it farther with lighter weights and then still feel every bite as well as the complexion of the bottom I'm fishing. This line may also work for casting small swimbaits where the extra distance and distant hooksets are important. The 20-pound line should develop less air knots than the 10-pound line I have previously used for dropshoting.

great product

Consistent with the description.

This is my favourite braided line. Very slick, casts well, cuts through water and it’s also durable. Highly recommend this line!
