Do you wear these even though the knees are okay?

I wear them only when I am having some knee issue or sometimes as precautionary when I go out for a real long walk or trekking.

Does this help when your knee is bone on bone?

I bought mine for my daughter who has athletic knee injury, like jumpers knee. I would ask your doctor if this type of product helps bone on bone.

I need an extra extra large, but I can’t find it

They have extender Velcro belt but if that is also not sufficient then order from some other company. Also you can directly write to the seller to arrange an extra large size.
