Ectaco LUX2 Indonesian-English Speech to Speech Pocket Translator with Videoconferencing Camera

This Ectaco "2 Way Free Speech Translator" has no audio output. You are better off to use flash cards or get a free App on your iphone. That at least has volume. Ectaco does not tell you that the device must be connected to the internet at all times to do any translating; it is not user friendly; the buttons all stick and the one that I got (for full price) is muted and has no audio output. This device simply gives you access to Google Translate, so no internet and no go. The description reads as if you can stick this in your pocket and use it to translate a conversation while you roam the streets of a foreign country. Not true. This is just a poorly designed minicomputer that hooks you up to Google Translate without the benefit of any audio output. Save your money - and your time!
