Does this work for women of color?

Vitamin C is good for hydration, wrinkles, collagen production. Those are not related to the complexion. I am Asian and it worked for me. I think it should work for women of color.

How long should you wait after applying this before moisturizer?

You should apply and gently pat in and then apply moisturizer. You layer all of your skin care without waiting. :)

Does this bubble up and kind of explode with fizz when shaken?? I gave it a little shake to mix up and it was pretty much bubbling. ?? Fake?

i am not sure about this product i purchase it but i stop using it because it give me burning on my skin.

It’s fragrance free?

Not fully. There is a light scent in it.
