This has become my go-to knife for vegetable prep. Very sharp, and the thin blade glides right through produce. I cut about 5 to 7 pounds of fresh veggies every week for cooking, salads, and meal prep, and this knife saves me a lot of time. Well balanced and easy to use.

Love this Knife
Feels great in the hand and is so sharp I could shave with it. It cuts ripe tomatoes so thin I can read thru it and that is NOT easy to do. I keep it in the attractive box it came in right next to my professional knifes and block. A word of caution, proper handling is mandatory with this knife as is the care of it. I would NOT recommend it to a casual user.
