no charging light

The instruction sheet and the box containing this power bank both say that there is a light to tell when fully charged and when charging. I can not find one on this product.

Ordered 2 of these one for me and my daughter, hers doesn’t work well. Only gets it to 2 percent. Mine works and charges it quicker so some of these devices must be faulty.
