The Original Scrub Daddy - Scratch-Free Multipurpose Dish Sponge - BPA Free & Made with Polymer Foam - Stain & Odor Resistant Kitchen Sponge (1 Ct)

I bought this product originally for kitchen use, but I like it so much, I found it useful in the bathroom to get the sediment and lime scale off. I also use it for stains on my walls (we have a toddler) and the best part is it completely drains of soap and debris with light rinsing and dries so quickly, there’s no musty smell. Finally, if you use it with cold water, you get a much stiffer scrub to get out tough stuff, but in warm water it soften and can be used on more delicate jobs-like ink on a doll’s face. This is definitely a great product.

I have used mine for at least two months now, and it still looks and works like new. I put it into a dishwasher, and it still holds the shape. One time I accidentally let it fall into the food disposal for a quick second, and it survived without a scratch! (it's literally just a second, so I'm not saying it's stronger than all-mighty food disposal, lol. But keep in mind how solid this is). It solves 99% of my daily wash needs, except for those really hard-to-come-off stains on the stainless steel pans, then I would use powders and a stainless steel scrubber. Definitely get one with the holder, it's a perfect combo.

I used this sponge every day, two or three times a day, to handwash dishes, glasses and non-stick cookware. It held up for five months before it started to breakdown. Regular non-scratch sponges last me only a couple of weeks before the scrub side wears thin and starts to smell. I believe Scrub Daddy is not intended for heavy duty scouring, which requires heavy duty sponges. This may be the reason why people rated them low for wearing out so quickly. However, I highly recommend Scrub Daddy.

I have a small hand so it's a little big to grip the whole thing in my palm, but it is softer in warm water and I can grasp it better. Does the job on baked in foods or the "brown bits" in my stainless steel pots and pans. I bought the yellow one.

Long lasting, odor resistant and they rinse out well. Decent scrubbing - for burned on food you still need steel wool pads but these do a nice job and don't scratch.

I love the scrub daddy. It doesn't attract odors, it's abrasive without being super abrasive, and it makes dish washing less icky (seriously, sensory-wise way nicer than a regular sponge). My issue is that he used to last for months, and now he disintegrates so quickly. Buying from Amazon, Walmart it doesn't matter, my old scrub daddies seemed like they were more rigid at first and lasted longer. The quality seems to not be what it used to be. (I'll still use it, I got an 8 pack at Costco for like $16, so I'm good for a while). *Life pro tip, scrub daddy apparently had a recycling program, so keep those scrubby scrub daddies and turn them into the manufacturer for credit toward your future scrub daddies (they give a nominal amount per, I believe). Also, re:absorbency, I don't get scrub daddies to clean up messes, literally just to do my dishes. I don't care how absorbent it is. It's not super absorbent if that's what you're looking for.

I don't see why others are saying it falls apart. I've scrubbed floors a refrigerator that was left in a rental home that had stuck on food that looked like it wasn't cleaned for 10 years and it has never fell apart on me. I've removed stains that an sos pad wouldn't touch. I've ordered 100s of items off Amazon and this is actually the first review that I ever felt like taking the time to write

I’ve heard of and have seen these randomly around stores for year (since blowing up after their debut on Shark Tank). I never had much interest in them. Why would I pay like $7 for a sponge shaped like a smiley? Isn’t it just laughing at me for being gullible? My wife talked me into trying it after learning that there sponge changes it’s firmness/cleaning texture (which is incredibly helpful) based on whether the water is hot or cold. Scrub Daddy is easy to clean (even when we wrecked it cleaning the grill. We just soaked it in hot, soapy water with some lemon juice for a bit and washed it out), heavy duty durability, and great price for the value.

You dont think a sponge will make any difference, surley, why would it? It's a sponge, right? No. Wrong. This is the best sponge you will ever use and it is life changing. It is similar texture to a sourpad and has a good density. It becomes more stiff in cold water and softer in warm water. I find it to be more effective than that green scour pad part that comes on a regular yellow sponge. It is round, which makes it easier to clean pots, pans and cups. I use the mouth part to clean my knives as I'm always anxious I will cut myself. This makes it feel a bit safer since its encased in sponge and more efficient too. This sponge does it all. It's held up great for the last 3 months of consistent use, probably every day. Every few weeks or whenever I remember I toss it in the dishwasher to be sanitized. My last one, once it started to deteriorate, I switched it over for bathroom cleaning use. So far so good and I think it's worth the value, since I've no longer had to buy those yellow cheap dollarama sponges every month. And probably cleaner too since I have been sanitizing this one. Also the little smile is pretty cute, its just one of those small details that makes doing the awful task of dishes slightly better.

Great sponge and no smells. We have only used this sponge since this first purchase!

La commande reçu ne contenait qu une seule éponge alors qu’il est stipulé pack de 4 15 euros une éponge c est du vol

Good product but bit pricy

It is great but the pricing is too much , why because the item deteriorate after few uses and have to buy one again instead of using those cheep one that last much longer then this one , so my problem is the pricing is too much to keep buying multiple pairs for actual kitchen use. I recommend buying pairs in one price as it’s the best thing for everyday use
