This is my second time ordering, my orders arrive early and package in a way that my sausage is still cold when I receive it. The taste is….I want to say delicious but that’s an understatement this sausage reminds me of the sausage I use to eat from a sausage maker in Louisiana before he went out of business years ago.

VERY, VERY GREASY AND HIGHLY PROCESSED WITH CHEMICAL LIKE FLAVOR. MUST BE VERY WELL CHARRED TO GET RID OF FAT AND EAT. ALSO ,VERY HIGH COST INVOLVED BETWEEN PRICE AND S&H.
