The check engine light came on after installing it and now my truck its nit running, anybody knows why?

Not sure but I disconnected mine and cleared the DTC. It runs now.

Does it work for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma?

I just installed this last week on my 2019 4WD Tacoma and it works much better than the reviews are telling you. It made a huge difference when towing my trailer.
