Thankfully I already know BASIC, Pascal, C, and several assembly languages so I can figure out what is trying to be explained. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would.

Reading this book shows that English is not the authors native language. (He calls addition, subtraction, multiplication etc as BINOCULAR operations p. 56 (author: it''s BINARY operator. Binoculars deal with vision/sight)). There are several other sentences that lead the reader to this conclusion.
