Is this suitable for a Vodaphone mobile router?

It was for a mobile phone I’ve not heard that they are suitable for a router but I’m sure you could find out from your local Vodafone store sorry I can’t answer for sure

I'm using a iphone 14 pro american model and dont have sim slot. there's any way to active a esim for 1montlhy?

According to the apple site answers this is what they have said:- Instead of inserting a preprogrammed SIM card into your iPhone 14 or moving a SIM card over from your old phone, you’ll need to set up service with your cellular provider by entering information into your iPhone’s Settings app. In many cases, this will require little more than scanning a QR code with your iPhone’s camera. Assuming your carrier does it right, getting up and running with an eSIM should be much easier than dealing with physical SIM cards, which are tiny and somewhat fragile. Further, since no physical card is required, you should be able to get everything you need to get up and running online; you don’t need to wait for a SIM card to arrive in the mail or visit a carrier store to get one. So you would have to get in touch with vodaphone to see if they can do it

Can I use this in a dongle

A dongle is a holder for you to put a sim card in to go on the internet so I would say yes as I used a dongle in Bulgaria with a vodaphone sim in it, but then you would have found out by now as you posted this in June
