This earpiece is only good if you use it covertly for the side pouch. Not good for open use on the vests.The wire which connects to the actual radio is upside down. So the wiring is uncomfortable.It does work, the earpiece and the microphone works perfect but from ergonomics point of view it is lacking the design and very well thought through

Not sure what was wrong, but it set off my personal alarm and I had to pay a cake fine.
