Easy to assemble but seat has hard sides that come up and the arms aren’t very strong and bend easily

I Just received my gaming chair and was able to assemble it in 10mins. Honestly so far the chair feels great. The user friendly build made it stress free and more enjoyable the mon I was done. The quality is great. I’m actually sitting on the chair now, about to start streaming on my gaming channel and I can say with out hesitation that I can see myself sitting in this chair for hours streaming. I gave it 5stars for a few reasons. On-time delivery, easy-to-assemble, Great Quality chair and the massage pouch on your lower back makes it easier to really enjoy the chair while spending a long amount of time on it. This chair was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it ! I sat in it and was very comfy, vibrating massager is a plus too :)I also had an incident with costumer service and they were went above and beyond and were super quick to respond.The only downside is that it squeaks a bit when you move around but we dont mind :)
