An amazing product!!! As an athlete, and someone who enjoys competing in various competitions, Primal Sport Mud has assisted me in numerous recoveries! I usually suffer from shoulder injuries related to some nerve damage after long distance races; and cramped muscles in my thighs. Applying this product after a race has alleviated much of the pain and cramping associated!! A huge difference in how I felt the next morning!! Although a bit messy, I hope to continue using this product in my recovery!! A must for any athlete who hopes to compete.

I've experienced joint pain for several years and this product has helped significantly on feeling relief. Applying it after going to the gym or a soccer game has made a huge difference on my pain.Definitly something to try if you are expeciencing pain on your joins. They only down side is that it is a bit messy, but nothing that you can't live with.
