ECOWALSON Waist Trainer for Women - 9/25 Steel Bones & Additional Extender Cincher Corset for Hourglass body Shaper

I had a baby 15 months ago, and I got this trainer mainly to aid in strengthening my core now. I have had no luck at finding trainers that actually fit me but this one is perfect!!! I got an xxx-small and thank God for the extension piece or it wouldnt have fit. But after adding the extender it fits like a glove. Ive worn it these past few days and it has kept its shape, hasn't stretched out too much, but fits comfortably. Im 5'5, 118 lbs, and I have a really long torso. This fits my torso exactly the way I need it to, and the best part is it does not move or shift throughout the day; it stays in place! Overall, this is the best trainer I have found and for the price im amazed. I highly recommend!

This is my second purchase for this waist trainer, and it is so amazing. I was much smaller when I purchased it the first time I believe I purchased a medium and I ended up shrinking so small that the waist trainer didn't fit me anymore. This time around I ordered a 2X and I had to add the extender for it to fit me, but I am 100% positive that it will shrink my waist and I will be out of the extension and into the regular hooks within the next 3 months, especially if you wear it every day. First off, I ordered the latex one because it has the most support, the inside of it is lined with a almost fleece style material and it does cause you to sweat throughout the day but that is a good thing because you were burning calories. I actually bought it for work for my back because it gives so much support, I am a nurse and I have to lift patients and bend over quite a bit using my back and I recently had a slipped disc so this will definitely prevent any kind of back pain and it will promote good posture. Of course I'm sure you are reading this because you want to know about the quality of the brace for your waist, it definitely snatches that waste in so good you will have no rolls showing, it's very long in the Torso area so I like to push it down on my lower hip close to where my crack is at and it goes all the way up to underneath my breast which is perfect so that they're not roll popping out causing you to have a muffin top. If you're questioning buying it, girl just buy the thing he will not regret it. I suggest getting the latex one because it has the most support, it has metal boning in it to keep shape, and even over time wearing it every day it does not lose shape. I believe the last one I had lasted me about a year and it would last longer but my waist was so tiny I grew right out of it. It definitely runs on the smaller size, my waist is actually about a 3X but I ordered the 2x because I know I'm going to fit in a 2X very soon but I managed to lay down on the bed and squeeze into this one with the extender. Whatever size you're waste is I would order one size larger

Waist Trainer for Women Corset Cincher Body Shaper Girdle Trimmer with Steel Bones Extender COMFORTABILITY: This item is sturdy but comfortable. It's soft but firm. It wasn't hot to wear either. I honestly really like it. The item stayed on my body the whole entire time. I didn't have to adjust it even when we were dancing. I wore this item for a good 5 hours and didn't feel any type of discomfort. If you think that it's too tight on you, don't force it and use a different size. QUALITY: The merchandise has a good quality fabric. You can tell that the hinges are intact and it will take force for anyone to pull these hooks. The garter is pretty stretchy so, if you think that the item is slightly small, you can stretch this without any issues. However, if it's too tight, just get a replacement one that's a size up. NOW THE ISSUE: The only issue I have is my hives. After the party, I removed this around my waist to discover that I had an allergic reaction to this item. If you think that the item is too small, it's really not. This is caused by an allergic reaction to the fabric. I have no idea what's on that that caused me to have this. It's severely itchy and it's painful. This isn't just a regular hive. It's been 4 days and it's there there. It's actually worse than the pictures now. However, I am aware that I am allergic to many things but didn't think that I will be allergic to a fabric. Who knows what they dyed this on. I'm going to take the fault for this since I didn't actually wash it since it arrived the day of the party I needed to attend. Still, if this is happening to my skin, who knows what kind of chemicals this is drenched in. NOTE: I know I am allergic to many things but maybe the company might need to use something else to dye this item to prevent this type of problem. I honestly don't know what can cause this type of irritation on my skin other than GLUE (if there's any) on the garter, or it's the dye. The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is because it is a good item but very risky to use especially if you have sensitive skin. Washing it might help but I cannot guarantee it. I probably won't try to use this again.

Researched YouTube videos and this was recommended. Glad I went with this one. Inexpensive for the quality. High quality, fits great for a trainer. I am 5’2” 200 -215. I purchased the 25 bone to really hold and support my back. I went with the length as a 10” since I have a short torso. I think I could have gotten away with the 9.5” been just a little more comfortable for long wear under the greats. (Large breast, make sure to wear a tank under corset or a long bralette as it can be a bit irritating on skin under the breast as you move. I have worn these in the past and have expensive ones. This holds true to those. I also love the 25 bone rather than the 9 bones I had prior. This will leave red markings. Wear a thin tank under it. This is because you are squeezing your skin for long periods of time. Same if you wrap your wrist, knee, or ankle when hurt. Also if you purchase too big or too small it will also do the same. Too big will chafe. I ordered a 2xl and it fits great with the extender but I could have gotten away with a 1xl with the extender. Remember though it is a trainer and teaching the body. It will be work to get it on this is not meant to be a corset to wear under clothing. You will see it. You also don’t need to have them all on the same hook. I hook mine to the righted hook at the pony in my body it will go. My lower tummy is larger so I get in to a certain hook then my mid section I can go father and same with my top. -reviews said 4xl for me but I feel that would have been so big. Remember the extender adds 4 hooks to the size. The goal is to train your waist and loose inches. If you buy too big you will not be able to wear for long. Watch YouTube for beginners if you are new. Don’t depend on this!! You need to be at least doing light core exercises so you body supports you not the trainer supporting you. That is only creating harm to your body if you don’t work out with it. I also like to put Vick vapor rub on my stomach and wrap my tummy with cellophane then a tank, and then the corset. Wear that for a few hours and when I do core training to sweat . Some people do this for sleep. They make sweet sweat and other types of rubs you can buy too. Know your allergies. I am not allergic to latex materials or metals. If you do notice rash or the markings/ imprints from wearing the corset lasting longer than an hour or so. Discontinue you may be allergic. This is not the quality or brands fault. Most brands use same types of materials. You are just sensitive to them and should look for trainers with out these in them.

I’ve always been very thin, and very light. Some people may say I should be happy with the way I am, but I wanted a little touch to my figure. I’ve almost had the “Hourglass” figure, but I’ve always had this stubborn belly fat around my sides. Kinda like a muffin top. It’s near unnoticeable, but to me it’s just offsetting. I’ve also had severe back pain. Standing, sitting and laying down was always painful when the pain found it’s way in. Very few days do I go with even “Minimal” back pain. Neck pain is constant due to a car accident when I was about 8 years old. I’ve literally had this for one day! I put it on at 5:40pm. The size was a bit too small, but the extender did help out. I was barely able to put it on on the last set of hooks. It was “uncomfortable” not painful. I know as of myself, I have terrible, absolutely horrific posture. It was odd feeling what actual posture feels like. I went to a party afterwards and I kept in on, it was hard trying to pick things up off the floor when they fell, but that’s just because your back is restricted from bending. Eating was quite a struggle, I don’t eat much to begin with, but because the corset is basically crushing you there, it can be difficult to eat with comfort. When I got home about 5 hours later, I was able to hook one more set. Here it felt a bit hard to breathe. At times I was getting a noticeable shortness of breath, I tried not moving around, so I then just settled for laying on my bed and watching TV. I was up for a good amount of time, and once I felt like I could breathe I put the third set on. I then attempted to watch some more. I did feel a pressing kind of pain on my hips. It was pretty hard to breathe for a good duration of time but that went away pretty quick. The pain in my hips were then a bit in my lower back, but mostly I felt this shocking kind of pain in my right leg. It was on the back and the right side. It was pretty uncomfortable, but it easy to manage with position changing. I ended up falling asleep with it on and when I woke up, I felt pretty good. I went about my day just staying home and eventually, I was going to take it off. I had it on for a good 21 hours and gee... this thing really works. My neck pain was almost gone. My back pain was gone, and I for sure had seen some kind of shaping in my waist. My bum took most of the shaping lol, but I did see the hourglass figure coming in. My side really looks shaped though. My belly is almost gone! And the sides are almost gone too! If you’re thinking about the problems this might solve, just get it. Every problem I had in mind, it solved. Great buy! Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Short for the tall girls get the longest one. Also make sure size up 2 sizes( don’t worry it will still make you snatched). They run so small
