I Wouldn’t Try Anything Else!
In May, I started having early-morning awakenings as a result of depression. I remembered my mom taking melatonin before bed, so I thought I would look into it. That’s when I found these! I needed something strong, and this is the only brand I’ve seen that has 15mg of melatonin per tablet. Other brands have ~5mg, which I knew wouldn’t have an effect on me. I’m glad I found these! The tablets melt on your tongue, they’re not gritty, the taste is pleasant, and there’s no bad aftertaste! It takes me about 30 minutes to get ready for bed, so I take one of these tablets before then. While these melatonin tablets haven’t stopped the early-morning awakenings, they help me to fall back asleep more easily! My only thing against these is they’re not gluten-free, hence the four-star rating. (I didn’t realize this until I casually read the label one day.) I’m gluten-intolerant, but I can handle trace amounts of gluten. However, I have an aunt and cousin who are Celiac. So if you have Celiac, don’t buy this for yourself. Otherwise, I recommend giving these a try!

It’s ok but I won’t buy again.
The flavor and the aftertaste was very disagreeable to me. I’ve had much better. I can’t see that they work as well as what I was taking previously and at a dose 5mg more. Not for me.

Great all round option
This is the best melatonin option I’ve had!! My boyfriend has insomnia and I have difficulty sleeping some nights. This puts me to sleep much quicker than other brands I’ve had before and now I can sleep restfully. My partner agrees it’s the best option we’ve had and love the following: >NO DREADED AFTERTASTE >PLEASANT MILD TASTE >FAST ACTING >NO DROWSY EFFECT I say go easy and take half or consider a lower dosing elsewhere, it knocks me out with half a tablet and keeps me asleep for a long time. Not good if you have to wake up early or soon after you take the tablet, it will be difficult staying awake.
