I really like this little sandbag. It works for what it was designed to do. Because you can't say what it was designed to do

I really like the *IDEA* of this bag. However, after one range session, it is already developing rips at the seams and spilling the filling. Returning.

Love this bag rest. First it comes filled. It has a rubber coating on the bottom that grips surfaces. I have used it on fence posts, logs, timber supports makes this a versatile bag that’s also compact and tough.

The filling is heavy. I replaced it with poly beads & cut the weight in half. Poly beads also make it a bit more pliable & moldable.

I bought this to use as a rear bag, but it will probably end up being a barrel rest. It is a bit too full, with little ability to manipulate by squeezing. Certainly, you could remove some of the media and I may, but I’m not sure that will work great with the many small pockets. Regardless, it functions very well as a barrel rest, providing several heights to choose from. It is very well made and appears to be very sturdy.
