BPN G.1.M Go One More Sport, Endurance Training Fuel, Superior Carbohydrate & Electrolytes Powder Formula, Reduce Fatigue, Lemon Lime, 25 Servings

I am pretty skeptical of most supplements and try to derive most of my diet from Whole Foods, however this supplement makes a VERY noticeable difference when combined with proper fueling/nutrition on my run data and quality. I would argue my normal zone 2 pace and heart rate is 10:00/mi at 145bpm (31yo female with 2y of running experience, multi sport athlete 155lb 5’10”) If I take this in conjunction with managing nutrition and water well I can run 9:00-9:15/miles at the same heart rate (145bpm) and for 3-5 mi rather than just one mi before my hr creeps any higher. I like the lemon lime flavor, mixes well with water you may just plan to give it 15min to settle to avoid foam or clumps.

I have lots of G.I. track issues and I'm a runner. Finally I foun a product that works for me. Easy on my stomach and help me with endurance.

This powder is amazing. It gives the right amount of energy when we’re feeling fatigued. My husband loves adding this in his workout routine to sip on. It tastes great and not too sweet. It gives the energy you need and since it has carbs it makes me full so I’m not starving during my workout. You do have to shake it so it can mix well, other than that we love it and have it on a subscription. It’s great for the price.

Great product. No stomach issues and tastes outstanding

As an endurance athlete, I love this product. Helps me keep going through my workouts. I start with G.1.M+ to get it all started. Great products.

Perfect for my long run days. I prefer this flavor over the orange. The orange reminds me of "emergency c" and was often hard to get down, while this is similar to lemon lime Gatorade. Definitely needs mixed well, prone to clumping. I take it 30-45 minutes before my run and haven't had any problems.

This stuff has been a game changer for my running and even strength workouts. I can’t imagine completing one without it now and certainly notice a difference. Is sometimes difficult to mix so you have to be thoughtful about it but the performance is top notch.

Great product the mixabillity could be better extremely hard to mix up but very effective hydration not hard on the stomach i use this regularly during the hotter months of the year lemon lime is the go to flavor.

Great taste easy to drink
