this book is insane I loved every minute of it. a real page turner. common law vs. UCC smackdown. Only complaint is UCC doesn't get a lot of air time in this one.

Possibly the best Contracts textbook out there. Definitely made for first year law students or anyone new to the subject of Contracts and law.

I used this book for school. I had to buy it for class so I didn't have a say so. It does a good job explaining but not giving examples

I don't have a choice of textbook, because students don't get to pick. If you are a professor looking at this book, please look elsewhere. This text is 60% relevant material and 40% condescending fluff. I estimate that 40% of the time inspend reading this book is a complete waste of my time and there is no way to skip the irrelevant material. I implore professors to look elsewhere. There are many superior options.
