Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings - Let The Good Times Roll [DVD] [NTSC]

I've loved this band for a long time and am a massive of fan of Albert Lee. This DVD is superb, 2 concerts and a documentary in surround sound. Every single member of the band is a star in their own right. The set list is superb and the energy displayed on stage as well as the camaraderie displayed in the documentary shows why this band works so well. I was lucky enough to play with Georgie Fame 20 years ago in Berlin and it's brilliant to see he is still going strong! any fans of Jools Hollands or Brian Setzers Big Bands will love this. A must buy.

Went to see them live at The Lowry, Manchester, which is one of the two concerts featured on this excellent dvd and they were brilliant. A superb line-up of top musicians playing together for the sheer fun of it and it shows in their perfomance. If you get the opportunity to see them perform live, take it, you certainly won't regret it! In any case buy the dvd, turn on the surround sound and crank up the volume, it's superb.

Great album and loved the work especially of Georgie Fame - one of the great men of 60's British music.

This release features 2 separate concerts recorded during a 2004 European tour. Concert time is 121 minutes plus 28 minutes of special features for a total of 149 minutes. The sound and camera work are excellent.The musicianship and vocals are superb often verging on the breathtaking, especially Albert Lee and Mike Sanchez respectively.If you like vintage boogie,rockabilly and rock and roll performed with a 1980s flavor,this can't be beat......one of the best I have in my extensive collection. You won't be disappointed !
