Since I'm starting to get up in age, I started to become more proactive with my health. I chose to take Turmeric for all the many health benefits. I chose ANAI's Turmeric Curcumin 500 MG and am very happy with my selection. Been taking it for about 2 weeks now. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like the benefits towards immune system, joints and antioxidant support.

I had been using some Turmeric capsules given to me by a friend but an aftertaste surfaced after an hour or so and lasted all morning. The same friend advised me at New Year's she had switched to the ANAI Brand and advised me to do the same. So far I have not noted any aftertaste and the pain in my right shoulder has diminished noticably in only a few weeks of using this product, actually more than the one I had been using.

I am so excited to get on this supplement! A friend told me it would help with migraines so I started looking through Amazon and found a quality product that's price was right. I have been taking it a week now and already have reduced my headaches (which can be daily during certain times of the year). I also have a bad back and look forward to the long term benefits of this supplement.

Works better than expected

I am always looking for a product that will help with managing depression, something I have dealt with most of my life, but I prefer natural alternatives as apposed to medication. Since I have been taking this product along with my vitamin D, I have noticed a significant difference in my overall sense of well being despite the weather being cold and cloudy a lot these days. I am excited to continue on the product to see how the rest of the winter goes and am also happy to say that there have been no side effects that I used to experience on medication. I highly recommend this product and was given a discount for my honest review. :)

Great product! This stuff is great for when you get a cold. Turmeric is a great infection fighter!
