The display is so dim it is barely readable. can this be adjusted, or do i need to send it back? i'd really like to hear from the seller. thank you.

You could try a new pair of batteries to see if that works. However if not, please contact our customer support at:support@smartro.co with the picture of the screen and let's see if there is a problem on it. Thanks!

What does it mean when the outdoor temperature starts to flash on the indoor display?

Mine just started doing exact same thing 10/17/22 should not be low battery as there is a icon located just under the Sensor # for that.

Where can you purchase additional wireless sensors for this humidity monitor?

the referenced page states that it does not work with the sc92. Please fix

Can the backlit display be set to remain on ?

The black and off-white display is always on. The color display is enabled by touching the button on top of the display and it goes off automatically after 9-10 seconds
