How is the packaging for delivery? Is the bottle secure?

I ordered two different Marc Jacobs perfumes last year for Christmas and they arrived just fine, no broken bottles.

Does it come with a certificate that it’s authentic ? A lot of reviews saying that smell wears off quickly and doubt this perfume is authentic

No product comes with a paper certificate even you buy these products from traditional retail outlets. Amazon is very secured and customer oriented marketplace and no body is allowed to sell inauthentic stuff here. But we respect our customers opinions since everybody has their own unique choices and preferences. And it is not unusual that some body prefer one fragrance over others.

Is this authentic? Where does it come from?

It is an authentic product and sourced from a trusted and known distributor.
