Cheap, works
It's plastic, but accurate enough to feel confident using it to blend essential oils. If I needed to be more accurate I'd probably go with borosilicate by Pyrex or the like.

It's probably adequate for most uses and users
It is perfectly functional and apparently unbreakable. I'm assuming it's accurate; I have not attempted to check that. My only quibble is that the markings are hard to read. If you're accustomed to clear glass with dark markings, you may find these faint lines annoying, as I do. But for occasional use, it's fine. I paid $8.79 for it. I don't think it's worth any more.
