Will a US dollar folded in half fit in these envelopes?

Yes! But it will only fit if the folded edge is slid in on a side. The folded edge cannot go at the bottom or the top of the envelope.

hello could you let me know the measurements of the actual card? Thanks, Barbs

The straight edged rectangular card is slightly bigger in length and width than the scalloped edged rectangular card. The straight edged cards measure 4” x 2 5/8”. The scalloped edged cards measure 3 1/2” x 2 1/4”.

will a stander size gift card fit in envelopes ?

Probably not. They're adorable, but not big

Do you happen to sell these in pastel colors?
