Best coconut sugar
This coconut sugar is delicious. I know it has the same calories as refined white sugar, but it has a better flavor and I think it's better for me. I've been buying this brand for about 5 years now and don't like to buy any other. The price per pound is better than other brands and I like the convenience of the 3-pound bag.

No sharp blood glucose spike when used in making brownies. Moderation is the best way to Use!
This is a very good coconut sugar. I made brownies and added this instead of sugar. The taste was amazing and surprisingly there was no spike in my blood sugar. The granules are in perfect size and do not clump. Definitely a very good alternative to sugar!

So tasty, not too sweet, love the pure nature of it and lower glycemic index
Been trying to cut the refined sugar back. I realize that any sugar is still calories, but I'm looking for something that at least has the natural minerals and such in it. This stuff is so tasty, not too sweet, and I love the pure nature of it. It doesn't give me that burning sweetness of refined sugar and I like that too. It will hopefully keep me from needing more and more sweet. This seems a great balance in my tea, baked goods, and such. Having a lower glycemic index is also important for me and my family's health. Again... it's sugar... but it's better than refined and tastes much better than raw cane sugar. It's a lot more expensive than refined "cheap" sugar, but it's not that drastically so. Great quality and taste!!!

Stopped using regular sugar 8years ago when I. Found this product. I tasted other organic coconut sugar but they are not the same. For me being a type 2 diabetic I take 2 teaspoons and I don’t have a sugar spike since this product is higher in fiber so it help the glacimic index
