Grand-daugther loves it
We bought this as an accessory to a pair of elf pajamas that my grand-daughter really loves. The colors and hat itself are bright and the hat is stretchy enough to accommodate any child. It sure made her happy!

cute but would not consider safe for a baby or toddler
The bells are a choking hazard and the pom-pom sheds which is also unsafe for those under 3. There is no tag on the hat saying what materials it is actually made from and there is a chemical smell to it that makes me question if it is made with child-safe materials.

Better than expected... but not great.
This was much better than I was expecting it to be. The actual knit hat element is well made and the inside is sewn okay. That said 2 of the bells fell out instantly as I opened the package, but I intended to remove the bells anyway so it worked out for me.
