Solgar Choline 350 Mg, Vegetable Capsules, 100 Count

I have used this product only for 2 days, 1 cap per day and i think this will not suit me as it increased my anxiety levels, other side effects i noticed confusion, restlessness and low confidence, so far i hav stopped it, might be these side effects are temporary and with regular use my body will adopt it but not sure..

Very surprised when I received this item. The packing and the bottle was hot. Felt like it was just removed from the microwave oven.

If you're looking for a high-quality choline supplement to support your liver function and fat metabolism, Solgar Choline 350mg is an excellent option. Here is why I enjoy it after buying it 3 times: High-Quality Ingredients: Solgar is a trusted brand known for using high-quality ingredients in their supplements. This choline supplement is no exception, as it's made with pure, vegan-friendly ingredients to provide you with the most bioavailable form of choline. (except maybe Alpha-GPC) Essential Micronutrient: Choline is an essential micronutrient that your body needs to support liver function, brain health, and fat metabolism. If you're not getting enough choline from your diet eggs and walnuts can help too. Supports Liver Function: Choline is particularly important for liver health, as it helps the liver process fats and prevent the buildup of fatty liver disease. 350mg provides you with a high dose of choline to help support your liver function and overall health. Vegan-Friendly: If you're following a vegan or vegetarian diet, it can be challenging to find high-quality supplements that meet your dietary needs. It is a vegan-friendly supplement, so you can rest assured that you're getting the nutrients you need without compromising your values and it makes a great gift for vegans too! Easy to Take: These capsules are easy to swallow, and the recommended dosage is just one capsule per day but I have been taking three with no noticeable side effects. Solgar Choline 350mg is a high-quality, vegan-friendly supplement that can help support liver function, fat metabolism, and overall health. If you're looking for a reliable choline supplement, this one is definitely worth considering.
