If I take around 9pm I experience the effects by 9am the next morning with a cup of coffee :) so it takes a bit of time

Not bad. Definitely better than some medicine. Pretty much like a Hershey's bar, but with something that tastes a little off.

How many mg of sennoside is each piece of chocolate?

15mg (in each piece of 12 piece block) ^as displayed after the "Active Ingredient" section of the Drug Facts on the packaging

Under active ingredients, something called usp is listed, does anyone know what usp actually is please? thank you :)

Its actually not an ingredient, but a way to label. This is from the PSP website Dietary supplement manufacturers can choose to follow USP standards and include the letters “USP” on their product labels to indicate to pharmacists, medical professionals and consumers that their products conform to USP standards—and some do, particularly for letter vitamin and mineral products like Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. Or, dietary supplement manufacturers can create and follow their own internal private standards.
