Easy drink spout, rotate and lift to drink, making drinking easier and makes bottle leak free during storage, How to Use: - For water, remove the shaker spring and ensure the carbon filter and its housing are snapped into position underneath the spout. - For Fruit Infusions with water, remove the black carbon filter only whilst leaving its holder in place snapped back on, then inser fruits in the main water compartment before closing lid. - For Juices and other drinks, remove the spring and snap off the carbon filter with its housing as this is for water only. - For Protein shakes, keep the spring in the bottle, but remove snap off the carbon filter and its housing as this is only for water. >To Drink, you simply rotate the spout to open position, and lift up to drink. >To close, push it back down and rotate to closed position.
