Does it fit in the bottom of the akona globetrotter backpack?

Yes, It was specifically designed to do this.

Is there enough room for my regulator and octo with a zoop dive computer?

Hi there, Thanks for your question. This Akona Pro bag has plenty of room for an octo, regulator and computer setup. Feel free to contact us at 866-728-2293 should you need further assistance. Happy Diving!

Internal dimensions and weight?

The interior dimensions seem to be about 13.5' x 11.0" x 3.5". So, it appears that you lose about an half inch all around the entire bag. Weight seems to be about 14.8 oz. According to Akona's website: the dimensions are: https://www.akona.com/products/gear-bags/product/~746-PRO-REGULATOR-BAG---AKB-

Had any success fitting regulator assembly with long hose in this bag?

I guess that would depend on the actual length of the hoses. Because it would most likely fit a DIR setup with a 6 ft hose, but I highly doubt it will hold a hookah rig with 50ft+ of hose.
